Permanent Part Time Administration Assistant
Days:  Monday and Tuesday at the Oswestry Branch
Thursday and Friday at the Welshpool Branch
We will require flexiblity for holiday/sickness cover for both branches all week
Hourly Rate: Minimum Wage
Hours: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (5 paid hours)

Tasks will include the following:-

•    Answer incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.

•    Cash banking

•    Account  banking

•    Credit Control telephone calls

•    Process supplier delivery notes

•    Petty Cash Control

•    Ordering of branch stationery

•    Process Vehicle Journey Sheets and Vehicle Defect Reports.

•    Process Direct Purchase Orders

•    File Customer Orders

•    Read and log the Electric and Water Meters

•    Monitoring of incoming faxes and emails as and when they arrive

•    Monthly changeover of files where necessary

•    Stock Order Control – Assistance in the administration and running of the system

•    Price Label Management – Produce and display shelf edge/peg labels and price book sheet inserts when necessary

•    Daily random checks on price labels and price book

•    Stock Count Management – Verification of selected stock levels daily, weekly, monthly.

•    Producing Branch reports via computer – daily, weekly etc

•    Daily entry onto the Intranet of the delivery schedules.

•    Other duties as and when required.
