StairBox began as a small family-owned carpentry business in Stoke on Trent. Over the past three decades, the company has undergone an incredible transformation. From making timber staircases individually by hand, they now have the capacity to produce over 200 staircases every day, delivering them nationwide alongside a comprehensive range of stair parts.

Their staircases are manufactured at the 200,000 sq ft, highly automated manufacturing facility in the Midlands using the latest in CNC staircase manufacturing technology. Their efficient automated processes deliver high levels of accuracy, ensuring a premium quality product. Once machined, stairs are hand finished by their experienced team.

With both softwood and hardwood options available, they have staircase solutions for all budgets - whether you are looking for a standard straight flight or an open plan oak feature staircase. Balustrade options include various pine and oak spindle styles, embedded glass or clamped glass.

For efficiency and convenience on site, stair parts will arrive cut to the correct size and angle. StairBox also offer pre-assembled balustrade, pre-primed stairs and parts, and tread protection options.

All stairs are supplied pre-sanded but unfinished, so a finish of choice can be applied.

7-10 working days is their average lead time for standard staircases, and they use their own transport fleet and drivers to ensure your products arrive on time in perfect condition.

You will receive a 3 hour delivery window one week before delivery, and on the day of delivery you can track the progress of your order using their live Delivery Tracker tool.
